SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS

We offer a series of educational programs, ranging in length from one-half day to 3 days, targeted at executives, managers, and telecom professionals. 

Typically, these programs are customized to reflect the client's learning objectives and the deliberations in the session are scaled to match the needs and interest of the audience. 

Mixed learning styles--presentations, team activities, role-plays, group discussion, and computer simulation--are employed at these sessions. Class size of 25-30 per session is preferred for intense learning, but larger groups can be handled in a speech format.
